Become A Member

While being a Member of Ultimate Outlaws Raceway : Before a member may participate at any other track, on the same day / or any other race event a member SHOULD ask for the relevant permission from the promoter/Secretary.

To end membership: a Member has to hand in a written letter to the Promoter/Secretary with a valid reason for ending membership. a Release letter will be issued only if all fees or fines or outstanding debts owed or due to the club is paid in full.

A club member must always be Loyal towards all Ultimate Outlaws Raceway events.

Dishonoring Ultimate Outlaws Raceway by any means, will lead to disciplinary hearing and may lead to the termination of Membership and or a ban and or or a Fine. Also refer to Club Constitution.

All members must fully identify them with the Club and MSA's General Racing/Competition Rules" and Class Rules. It is every Member's own responsibility to make themselves known with All the Rules and Regulations applying to the Club and to Motorsport.

Ultimate Outlaws Raceway and its management have the right to call a hearing at any time, with any competitor or club member who brings Ultimate Outlaws Raceway or Promoter or Official or Sport in disrepute. No media slander will be tolerated. Any media slander may lead to a Ban or a Fine.

Ultimate Outlaws Raceway Fees are payable when applying for Membership.

This Application is subject to Approval and we are not obliged to declare any Declines.

NO MISBEHAVIOR WILL BE TOLERATED!!!

CODE OF CONDUCT
Failure to attend driver's briefing will result the competitor being excluded from the event.

Competitors will be responsible for the behavior of their families, friends and pit crew.

Misbehaviors:

Fighting, pulling, pushing, threatening each other, or towards officials and abusive language will not be tolerated.

Please Note: This also include all social media platforms, on or off Raceday’s. (Min 3 months ban up to 12 months or a Fine).

A member, an official, a competitor, or family of a competitor, or a sponsor of a competitor that publish negative comments towards the administrators, Promoter/s, officials, Ultimate Outlaws Raceway or other clubs on any social media platforms and or using foul language (officials included) towards spectators, promoter/s, officials, competitors or staff/ employees of the venue will not be tolerated. (3 -12 months ban or a Fine)

Competitor who is not in their correct grid position on the track when the start flag is dropped shall forfeit all rights to oppose their incorrect grid position.

A competitor may not maintain contact or push a vehicle in front of him during a race (1st offence -10 points / 2nd offence: Exclusion from the heat)

Maneuvers liable to hinder other competitors such as premature direction changes and obvious obstruction, premature braking out of exit of corners and any abnormal actions strictly prohibited. (1st offence -10 points / 2nd offence exclusion of the heat)

Where a competitor is unable to complete a race due to damage caused by another competitor which is not allowed by any of the rules (Exclusion from the race, if aggrieved competitor is unable to complete the event, guilty party will be Excluded from the event)

Once the blue flag is shown to a competitor, he/she shall maintain his/her race line for one lap and is not allowed to do a lane change (if not adhere to exclusion from the race.) An excuse like “I did not see the blue flag” won’t be accepted.

Overtaking – White Line rule applies

Jump start: 1st offence – 5 points, 2nd -10 points, 3rd exclusion.

Passing on the infield 2 wheels or more: 1st offence - 5points, 2nd -10, 3rd exclusion. Shunting to gain position: 1st offence: 5 points / 2nd offence: 10 points / 3rd offence: Exclusion.

Spinning of another competitor deliberate: 1st offence: 10 points / 2nd offence Exclusion.

Forcing a yellow flag: after being spun out deliberately or spun on own accord stalling vehicle or deliberately don’t get moving out of obstructive position: (exclusion from the heat).

Cheating: NO cheating will be tolerated. Including unlawful fuel. If found guilty (12-month ban)

I agree to the all the rules and regulations of Ultimate Raceway, their code of conduct, their club constitution and the rules and regulations of MSA, as well as all class rules.
